*sigh* =( It's so sad. Why would they do that? The boy must have been really irritating the living daylights out of them. I've come across enough children who have pushed my buttons that I can empathize; but really! Handcuffing children like criminals?? Insane!
Ma'am, take your child out of that abusive environment and teach him in a safe place where he will be valued and loved, where he will get the type of education he needs, and where he can learn that autistic children CAN learn and ARE valuable, and where he can be disciplined with the patience he needs. Ma'am, bring that boy home.

Poor kid. Even if he DID ask to be handcuffed and put in the car, he is a ten year old child and the officer shouldn't have done it.
