I have a fantasy.....
Me. Small easily kept house. Books. Cross-stitch supplies. Comfort food. Roaring fire.
No mess
No dishes
No kids yelling
(No kids to yell at)
No commitments
Just....quiet.
I wonder how long it would take me to be utterly bored? Two weeks? Two days? Two hours? =)
Several years? =D

I think you would enjoy it for a few hours, possibly even 24, but then you would miss your children so bad. But it's a great fantasy and one I have as well, even though I have no children.
I really like this fantasy. But I think you'd be bored soon too. Hey -- you could have your children brought back on visits, and then send them away again when they start to fight. Anything's possible in fantasy land. :)
